What can or cannot we transport?

Stand materials, prototypes, medical products and documents. Dangerous substances only after approval and in accordance with aviation rules. Please contact us in advance.

How does temperature-controlled transport work?

We offer cool boxes and dry ice for temperature-sensitive shipments such as medical samples or pharmaceutical products.

What dimensions and weights are possible?

We follow hand baggage requirements for urgent shipments. For different dimensions, we make a customized plan. Contact us for specific requirements.

How does return after an event work?

Pick up at the stand afterwards, temporary storage if necessary, return to your address. In case of temporary importation, we arrange customs clearance.

What information is needed for a quick quote?

Contents, value, dimensions/weight, collection and delivery address, desired time, any documents such as temporary import documents.

Can OCS also provide foreign stock exchanges?

Yes, we arrange transport, customs and temporary import documents for an international event.

• Packaging form (box/pallet/roll container), stackable yes/no

• Access to loading/unloading location: tailgate, pump truck/forklift if necessary; opening hours, contact on site

• Temperature sensitive: desired temperature range

• Insurance: specify value

• ADR/IATA (including lithium batteries): classification, packaging, marking — only upon prior acceptance

• Photo/drawing in case of a different size or delicate handling

• ID Check (identity check upon receipt)

• Loading or unloading reference

For events and trade shows
