Airport-to-Airport means that you arrange transport to and from the airport yourself, including customs processing. Door-to-door is a fully provided service where we pick up, handle customs and deliver to the recipient.
Within Europe, air freight usually takes 1–2 business days. Worldwide, it usually takes 2–5 days, depending on the destination and customs clearance.
The standard cut-off is 4:00pm, but this may vary by airport and route. We confirm the exact cut-off time with your booking to ensure timely processing.

• Opening hours, pick up and delivery addresses
• Commodity description, HS codes and country of origin per item
• Number of packages, dimensions per package, weight
• Invoice value in currency

• Packaging: tightly packed, clear address label
• Preferred deadline (date)
• Insurance: yes/no (value)
• Dangerous goods (including lithium batteries): correct IATA DGR classification, packaging and documentation — only upon prior acceptance
• Customs documents: commercial invoice or proforma invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, export license if required
• Temperature-sensitive goods: temperature range, datalogger yes/no; dry ice (UN1845) with weight per package and total
