What's the difference between airport-to-airport and door-to-door?

With airport-to-airport, you arrange transport to and from the airport yourself, including customs clearance. Door-to-door is a fully managed service: we handle pickup, customs and delivery to the recipient.

On average, how long does an air freight shipment take?

Within Europe: 1–2 business days. Worldwide: 2–5 days, depending on the destination and customs clearance.

What are the cut-off times for overnight delivery?

The standard cut-off is 4:00pm, but this may vary by airport and route. We confirm the exact cut-off time with your booking to ensure timely processing.

Is it possible to deliver in the evening or at a specific time?

Yes. With our time-window delivery service, we can arrange a specific delivery window or an evening delivery — coordinated directly with the recipient.

Air Freight Checklist

Make sure your shipment is ready for air transport. Use this checklist for fast, secure and error-free handling.

Basic information always required:

• Sender and recipient contact details (name, phone and delivery address)

• Opening hours for pickup and delivery addresses

• Commodity description, HS codes and country of origin per item

• Number of packages, dimensions per package and total weight

• Invoice value and currency

• Incoterms

• Packaging: tightly packed with a clear address label

Additional Information where applicable:

• Preferred deadline (date)

• Insurance: yes/no, insured value if applicable

• Dangerous goods (including lithium batteries): correct IATA DGR classification, packaging and documentation (only after prior acceptance)

• Customs documents: commercial invoice or proforma invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, export license if required

• Temperature-sensitive goods: temperature range, data logger yes/no; dry ice (UN1845) — weight per package and total

• Loading or unloading reference
