Transit times depend on the destination, route, and network capacity. Please note that shipments may experience delays around public holidays. You'll receive a clear time estimate with your quote, and we monitor your shipment through to delivery. 

What documents do I need and what does OCS arrange?

For non-document shipments leaving the EU, you'll need to provide a commercial invoice, packing list, goods description, and HS codes. OCS verifies the data, handles customs processing, and arranges all required shipping paperwork. 

Are there weight and size limits?

Limits vary by route, transport mode, and capacity. We'll assess your shipment in advance and recommend the best solution. 

Do I get Track & Trace for my shipment?

Yes. You'll receive a Track & Trace link with real-time status updates from pickup to delivery. For urgent shipments, you get a dedicated contact person and extended availability. 

 What are the cut-off times for pickup?

International shipments typically have a cut-off time in the late morning or early afternoon. Same-day pickup is available in many regions upon confirmation. We'll confirm the exact time window when scheduling your shipment. 

Can I ship dangerous goods?

Yes, subject to prior approval with correct ADR/IATA classification, packaging, and labeling. Our specialists review your request in advance and confirm whether the shipment can proceed.
