Not all ADR classes are allowed.

How quickly can my shipment be delivered within the Netherlands?

It depends on the service selected. Overnight delivery arrives on the next business day. Express delivery can be completed within a few hours, and time-window delivery takes place at the agreed time.

Can my shipment still be picked up today?

In many regions, urgent collection is possible. Share the postal codes and preferred time window in the form and we will quickly confirm what is feasible.

What are the cut-off times for overnight delivery?

The target cut-off time is 5:00 p.m., but this may vary by route. We confirm the exact cut-off time during planning.

Do you also deliver in the evening or within a specific time window?

Yes. With our time-window delivery service, we can schedule a narrow time window or evening delivery in consultation with the recipient.

Make sure your shipment is ready for immediate transport. Use this checklist for fast, safe and error-free handling.

Basic information always required:

• Sender and recipient details: address, contact name and phone number

• Number of packages, dimensions per package, weight

• Description of the goods and packaging type (box, pallet or roll container), including stackability

Additional Information where applicable:

• Preferred deadline (date or delivery time)

• Access at the loading/unloading location (with a pallet and/or roll container): tailgate, pump truck, forklift if necessary; opening hours, reference

• Special instructions (e.g. call ahead for delivery, waiting time, delivery conditions)

• Insurance (yes/no, value)

• Shipment temperature/condition

• Dangerous goods (ADR class / UN number, packaging, marking; only after prior acceptance)

• Large or special shipments (shipments >500 kg, different dimensions, extra handling or special equipment required)
