Dangerous goods shipments are subject to strict rules for international air transport.

At OCS Amsterdam:

• we review each shipment individually

• we first check whether the product may be transported

• transport is only arranged through our network once it is clear that the shipment complies with the applicable laws and regulations

No, not all dangerous goods can be transported through OCS Amsterdam’s regular courier network.

Please note the following:

• some products cannot be transported at all

• other products can only be transported under very specific conditions

• this is why all dangerous goods shipments must be reported to us separately, so we can assess what is possible on a case-by-case basis

For dangerous goods shipments, OCS Amsterdam works with a specialized and authorized partner.

This specialist:

• ensures that the required documents, such as a shipper’s declaration, are prepared correctly

• arranges the correct packaging, labeling and preparation of the goods for transport based on the information you provide
