• Sender and recipient address and contact details (name, phone, delivery address)
• Preferred departure time and delivery deadline, plus pick-up and delivery window
• Commodity description: product, material and value
• Number of pieces, dimensions per piece, total weight
• Cabin size or checked baggage allowed
• Customs documents for international shipment: commercial invoice or proforma invoice, packing list, EORI if required
• Incoterms: who pays import duties and VAT (standard DAP or DDP)
• Insurance: yes/no (value)
• Temperature sensitive: specify the temperature range. Cooling elements or dry ice (UN1845) are only possible after prior assessment and confirmation
• Lithium batteries and other hazardous substances: Report in advance for review. Transport is only possible after classification, confirmation and aviation approval
• Careful handover: guided delivery, ID check, no on-site repackaging without permission.
